Year End Wrap Party and AGM
All 2023-24 Players and parents are invited to the Year End Wrap Up Party on Saturday May 11, 2024 at Harry Howell.
As part of the wrap to the hockey season, we will host a wrap up party for the players and parents to thank the hockey community for another great season. There will be awards, food and games for the kids. While we're all together, we'll also have our annual general meeting (AGM) for the Association. This will allow us to finish off the year and start the new season with a fresh mandate from the membership.
- The fun starts at 10:00am sharp with an open skate, bring your skates and helmet.
- At 11am, we'll ask the parents to join us for our Annual General Meeting - where we'll wrap up the 2023-24 season and elect our board for next year.
- At 11:30, we'll come together for Awards and pizza for the players!
We need your help to grow female hockey in Flamborough, please consider joining the FGHA Board of Directors. There are board positions that we are still available for the coming season, and we need you! Please contact Sean Andrus for more information, position descriptions are available in our Constitution.
Please note:
- We are still looking for a few teen volunteers to help out during the event and after (for clean up), please contact Jen Gunby if you're interested in helping.
- Don't forget your community involvement hours sheet, as these volunteer hours will qualify!
